Frequently asked questions

If you notice your photo didn’t appear in your profile right after uploading it, this is because we have to run a review on the photo uploaded. Once your photo passes the review, it will immediately show on your profile.

• You can share your private photos through messaging.
• Under a conversation, click the image icon on the left - and pick which photo you wish to share.
• Note: Only reviewed and approved photos can be shared

• After loggin in, click Settings and then Photos under the Profile section
• Select the album where you want to save your photo (Profile, Public or Private).
• Click Upload Photo and remember to follow the guidelines.
• Wait for your photo to undergo the review process.

• Click SETTINGS and then GO PREMIUM on the top menu section.
• Select your payment plan and the mode of payment you prefer. Then enter all the necessary details.


TrulyAsian accepts payments through Google, Apple, Credit Card, Debit Card (Mastercard and Visa) and Paypal.

You can cancel directly on Apple, Google, Paypal or the CC billing page. We can also assist, just contact us with all your details.

To make a request for a refund, you will need to get in touch with us. Remember to read the Refund Policy before requesting.

• Click on Settings -> Manage under Account section.
• On the Manage Account tab, click Remove Account.
• Once you’re removed, others will no longer see your profile. 
• Note: This is permanent and your account cannot be reactivated.

• Click on Settings -> Manage under Account section.
• On the Manage Account tab, click Deactivate Account.
• Once you’re deactivated, your profile will no longer appear.
• Note: You can always login and reactivate your account now.


We highly encourage members to report if they notice any inappropriate activities from other users.

• Go to the users profile and select Report User located in more options on the top right
• State the reason for your report. You may add screenshots of their activities.
• A member of our team will look into your case and apply the appropriate action.

• To block a user, go to that user's profile and select Block User located in more options on the top right
• Once confirmed, the blocked user will no longer see your profile or be able to contact you.
